Ship Finance International Limited (NYSE: SFL) (“Ship Finance” or the “Company”) announced today that it has exercised its call option at a price of 100.50 percent of par value with regards to the NOK 600 million senior unsecured bonds due October 2017, ISIN NO 0010661655. The settlement date will be 28 July 2017 and the bonds will be transferred to the payment agent for deletion immediately upon delivery to the Company.
